Return Policy for Courier Items

All Courier items and nonperishable items can be returned in case of defective or damaged delivery. Please send the Photo taken while opening the packaging of the items to whatsapp number +91 858 999 8009 within 24 hours of delivery. The company will either send a new product or refund the amount for the damaged goods to the receiver. The discretion to give refund or redeliver the items solely lies with Dett.

Refund Procedure

1. Customers will receive the Refund electronically via the same payment gateway that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order.

2. From the day of cancellation it might take upto 15 working days for the refund payment to be credited back into the customer's account (bank or credit card or debit card account).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request can be made 5 days prior to the date of delivery upto 10AM.In order to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team by sending a message to out whatsapp number +91 858 999 8009 .If a customer requests for cancellation of an order there will be a cancellation fee deductible.

Dett reserves the right not to cancel orders already in process at the local delivery point, en-route or delivered. Orders placed the same day are processed immediately, and hence cannot be cancelled. Our working is from Monday to Saturday

Shipping Policy

When a customer places an order, our team will immediately pack the gift with utmost care and will be handed over to our delivery partner. Our logistics partner makes sure it is delivered on time (within 4-9 business days). There will be a Packing charge of Rs. 100 on all orders.

If the orders are to be delivered by logistic companies, it is possible that Dett courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery. In this case, the delivery may not be made on the estimated date. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the order/product to be delivered.
